Nicholas Nuspl practices law primarily in the areas of estate planning, family law and civil litigation, and has over 24 years of experience in litigation, estate planning/probate matters, family law, business law and elder law. Nick has extensive civil litigation experience, appearing before state and federal courts throughout Texas and the nation. Nick has substantial experience in representing Defendants and Plaintiffs in wrongful death/personal injury litigation, will and trust contest litigation, commercial (business and contracts) litigation, family law litigation, probate matters and breach of employment agreement litigation.
Throughout his career, he has represented individuals, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in lawsuits involving allegations of negligence, breach of warranty, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentations, product defects, construction defects and premises liability. In addition, Nick has assisted over 1000 families with estate planning needs throughout his legal career and can assist clients with estate planning that is tailored specifically for each client to meet the specific needs of the client – both current and future needs.
