  • Won Collin County jury verdict in commercial counter-suit where client’s business was sued over the construction of a lake; recovered 100% of all of client’s damages and attorney’s fees in McKinney, Texas
  • Recovered confidential award for Allen, Texas motorcycle rider when driver turned in front of him resulting in major surgery to his shoulder
  • Won verdict in Collin County divorce including a 70%-30% disproportionate division of property after proving fraud and fault by wife
  • Recovered confidential injury award for Allen, Texas motorcycle rider when driver ignored him making a left turn resulting in broken bones and substantial lost wages
  • Recovered full policy limits of multiple insurance policies for 40 year old Houston man who was rear-ended in traffic resulting in rare thumb injury requiring painful surgery
  • Recovered full policy limits on behalf of 62-year-old Houston woman who was struck by teenage driver on Houston freeway resulting in rollover on her vehicle
  • Won Dallas County Probate court verdict at trial for Trustee sued by a family member in year-long litigation over alleged mismanagement of trust and money 
  • Won Dallas County jury verdict on behalf of driver injured on freeway when street sweeping company negligently stopped on freeway without providing proper warnings
  • Won San Antonio, Texas verdict on behalf of product supplier in debt collection case and recovered damages against home builder who refused to pay
  • Won Kerrville, Texas jury verdict in trial for injury at local lumberyard in premises liability case involving shattered femur requiring multiple surgeries; jury placed 90% negligence on opposing party
  • Won Waco, Texas jury verdict for product supplier in week-long trial with more than $300,000 damages sought alleging defective wood products including insect infestation, DTPA violations & breach of contract
  • Won jury verdict for Contractor in 2-week trial arising from accident at construction site and alleging double knee replacement and permanent brain damage, $3.1 million dollars sought; Jury placed 100% negligence on opposing party
  • Won Arbitration award for sub-Contractor in month- long arbitration of construction defect case with more the $1 million in damages
  • Won Dallas County jury verdict in Personal Injury trial with Defendant convicted of DWI in accident
